Understanding the mechanisms behind the onset and development of IBD is crucial for identifying new therapeutic strategies, especially for diseases that are currently incurable. Les MICI sont en forte augmentation dans certains pays, tandis que les TFI, dont le syndrome de l\u2019intestin irritable, concernent environ 11 % de la population. Le diagnostic et le suivi de ces maladies restent complexes, faute de biomarqueurs clairs et de techniques non invasives adapt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9lectrophysiologie digestive offre une piste prometteuse. En effet, les organes du tube digestif fonctionnent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des contractions musculaires r\u00e9guli\u00e8res, initi\u00e9es par des bio-potentiels \u00e9lectriques. Une alt\u00e9ration de ces signaux pourrait \u00eatre li\u00e9e \u00e0 certaines pathologies digestives.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet\u00a0<strong>GRELE<\/strong>\u00a0explore la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019enregistrer ces signaux \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019\u00e9lectrodes de surface, une m\u00e9thode non invasive et peu co\u00fbteuse.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment s\u2019organise l\u2019\u00e9tude ?<\/h2>\n<p>GRELE se concentre sur trois groupes de participants : volontaires sains, patients atteints de la maladie de Crohn et patients atteints de TFI. L\u2019\u00e9tude inclut 70 sujets afin d\u2019analyser et de comparer les signaux \u00e9lectrophysiologiques recueillis entre ces trois groupes.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019objectif final<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude GRELE vise \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si ces signaux \u00e9lectrophysiologiques peuvent servir d\u2019outils diagnostiques ou de suivi pour les MICI et les TFI.
