IHU Infiny collects and processes your personal data when you use the contact form on our site.

Purpose: To manage and respond to your contact requests.

Legal basis: The processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR).

Data recorded during a contact request or event registration:

  • Name
  • First name
  • E-mail address
  • Organization and function if applicable

This data is intended exclusively for IHU Infiny and, if necessary, its technical service providers acting under contract and located within the European Union. No data transfer outside the European Union is carried out.

Data retention period: the data is retained for one year from the closure of your request, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.

You can access your data or request its deletion. You also have a right to object, a right of rectification and a right to limit the processing of your data (cf. cnil.fr for more information on your rights).

To exercise these rights or for any questions about the processing of your data in this device, you can contact IHU Infiny by email ([email protected]) specifying your name, first name, address and attaching a double-sided copy of your identification document.

If you believe, after having contacted us, that your rights are not respected, you can submit a complaint online to the CNIL or by post.
